Tall, Dark, & Stormy depicts a not-so-chance encounter between a nightclub singer and hired muscle. The two find that, despite their many differences, perhaps they would more than get along…so long as Miles doesn’t have to bash in Whit’s knees.

This piece, directed for Rainy Day Artistic Collective’s first annual Queer Voices festival, gave us a chance to explore intimacy, and the ways in which we sometimes hide from it, during a time at which touch feels taboo.
